XMachinery.ai Marketplace User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Seller,” or “Buyer”) and XMachinery.ai (“Platform,” “We,” or “Us”). By accessing or using the XMachinery.ai multiseller marketplace (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Account Registration: a. To access and utilize the services offered by XMachinery.ai, Sellers must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. b. Sellers agree to keep their account information updated and secure.
2. Subscription to Product Listings Service: a. Sellers may subscribe to the Platform to utilize the product listings service and directory. b. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their product listings.
3. Messaging and Communication: a. Sellers agree to receive messages from interested buyers through the Platform. b. Buyers may contact Sellers directly through the Platform for inquiries, negotiations, and transactions.
4. Platform Use: a. Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. b. Users shall not engage in any activity that may harm the integrity or functionality of the Platform.
5. Privacy: a. XMachinery.ai collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. b. Users consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Fees and Payments: a. Sellers may be subject to subscription fees for utilizing the product listings service. b. Fees and payment terms are outlined in the Platform’s pricing policy.
7. Dispute Resolution: a. Users agree to resolve disputes with other Users through the Platform’s dispute resolution mechanisms. b. XMachinery.ai is not responsible for disputes arising between Users but may provide assistance in resolution.
8. Termination: a. XMachinery.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User’s account for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
9. Changes to the Agreement: a. XMachinery.ai may modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Limitation of Liability: a. XMachinery.ai is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law: a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
